Mozilla welcomes students back to school with Firefox Campus Edition

Campus Edition offers easy access to music, research and social web tools

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – Aug. 28, 2007 – Mozilla announced today the availability of Firefox Campus Edition. The bundled version of Firefox with three popular add-ons is geared towards students and provides easy access to music, timesaving research tools and highly rated web sites.

Firefox Campus Edition includes:

  • Firefox 2 – The award-winning, open source Web browser is fast, secure, and fully customizable
  • FoxyTunes – Control almost any media player and find lyrics, covers, videos, bios and much more with a click right from your browser
  • Zotero – Collect, manage, and cite your research sources. It lives right where you do your work – in the web browser itself
  • StumbleUpon – Channel surf the Internet to find great web sites, videos, photos and more based on your interests
